Refund & Cancellation

Any product that is defective, damaged, or spoiled may be returned for refund, exchanged, or store credit with proper identification, when accompanied by a receipt, or verified through the customer's store account

Supplement products may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit with either a receipt. Some items may not be returnable, please feel free to call us and we will happily let you know if we can take it back!

If all is good then we will return the amount within 15 Working days via Online - Bank Account.
